I most certainly have been absent lately. Had a lot of running around and things to do getting ready for the holidays. I have still been keeping track of calories and keeping within my goals.
Weight has been all over the place. I wouldn't say that I've gained, but I haven't really lost either. A lot of it has to do with my schedule being all over the place and weighing myself at different times of day. Seems like every day I weigh myself there's a one or 2 pound jump in either direction and overall it's been leveling out.
Started physical therapy for my knee this week. It will be interesting to see how this goes. Generally it's been very unsteady and can get pretty irritated after walking a couple blocks. The plan is to build up the muscle to give it extra support, seems like a good idea to me.
