I am proud of myself for staying on track over this weekend, as I usually overeat and gain weight on Saturdays and Sundays. I wanted to have ice cream last night, went to bed early instead. I did my measurements yesterday, and since starting this regime I've lost 30cm overall from bust, down to hips. 10cm of that is from my "natural waist" (ie the widest point of my waist), and I'm feeling really good. My motivation is quite high atm, so I'm going to keep channelling this, and keep the momentum up! 💪 🦸♀️🤸♀️😁💚
