I can't believe I had almost reached my goal weight and then shot right back up to more then I've ever been. Once I get back down, I am never letting this happen again. People that are at goal.. What's your tips for maintaining?!

I'm not at goal, but I maintained last year. I continued to log my meals and I got on the scale every day. if my weight was up, I made sure I brought it back down right away. Good luck!

I tend to gain when I get lax on close counting of calories, even if I exercise. I stop counting and start guessing, and underestimating.
