Yesterday was a good day, I got a lot done and I reated my self to a banana split from Dairy Queen...mmm what a treat it was. Since I have been paying more attention to my sodium level I have been surprised to notice that some foods have a lower sodium than I thought. Like me trail mix has 50mg per serving and my low fat ice cream has even less than that, and the banasplit I had yesterday that was 530 calories only had 110mg of sodium yet eggs, and tuna and turkey have a lot more sodium.
Well, like I said yesterday I am still over the 2400 by 1-200 but I am far less than the 3200 - 3900 I was taking in each day about a week ago!
Yesterday's work out 46 min on the teadmill 20 minutes of weights
