Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
Major wobble the last two days. I guess I didn’t post it yesterday, 135.2 and 135.9 today. My scale says my weight is stable…I’m afraid I’m on a slippery slope and something that I need to rectify. However, I have been so hungry for spaghetti and that’s what I planned on making today. Since the scale jumped, I need to think about it. Ugh… Usually when I crave something, I’m ahead to go ahead and eat it. If I don’t, I tend to graze and eat a lot of other stuff and then go back and eat what I wanted originally…and that’s way more calories. In saying that, I still need to think about it.
I started reorganizing my kitchen cabinets the other day. Today I think I’m going to work on the pantry and then maybe the linen closets tomorrow. Why? I have no idea other than I have the urge to tidy them up and reorganize. When I was younger I use to move the furniture around in the room for a different layout/look. It’s harder at my age to do that … 🤣 So, I found something else to tackle.
