Off the rails since last Saturday, eye problem, eye & ear hospital for an ophthalmologist to check it out as it was the weekend. Tracking again. Got a goal now, as I have a wedding in March to attend. Through Instagram I registered with Equip4Life a free program, I’ve already had 2 Webinars with the dietitian, yesterday the 1st session with the Exercise Physiologist. We all know a lot of info however it was great to get updated info. If anyone is interested you can register for the free sessions on Instagram. So here goes my journey, back on track! Thanks guys!
