feeling a bit torn today. I was doing intermitant fasting since October and I lost 7.5kgs but I am batteling to get back into routine. I'm not sure which diet plan to follow. I am batteling without my morning coffee
94.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
