Thanks I still am. Had a very rough period over the holidays, been sick 3 times. Still trying to get over a virus. Had covid once, a cold 2 months ago and now some kind of virus. I have been dieting since I was 13 years old. Same old thing. Roller coaster, yo yo dieting. Lost over 60 lbs when I was in Tops gained back. Tried keto which didn't work...can't handle the fats. So now I try to document my weight. Just don't have very much variety of food I like so I fail.
