Back to Basics
1. No processed foods, anything in a pack with a list of ingredients. - exception wholewheat bread and pasta
2. 30 minutes of exercise per day. Walking alternative days with strength and aerobics on odd days.
3. 2 litre water per day
4. No more than 3 servings of fruit per day
5. 3 or more servings of vegetables per day
6. Good quality protein - lean meats
7. Mindfulness daily
8. Slow and steady wins the race
67.5 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
