Thanks. I like to wait at least a week after the holidays, once I’ve been back into my normal eating and exercise routine before hopping on the scale for the first time in the year.
This gives the christmas cookies time to go back to the North Pole, and allows me time to drink a ton of water and eat a lot of leafy greens to flush all of the treats out of the system, and to sweat some of it out too. 😜
