Didn't really exercise yesterday and ate stuff I shouldn't have eaten. Hubby's birthday; so I'm not complaining that I didn't lose any weight this time. Got in a good work out in this morning though.
64.2 kg Lost so far: 58.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
