I am 10 lbs lighter then I was in August 2022. Going down, blood pressure improving. This should have been 237.5 but I had to eat last night, because I was watching a movie, very very late. Will do better next. Can't wait to add actual exercise to it, like running on the treadmill and weight lifting.
