Day 2. I'd forgotten how the change from junk to veg and fruit affects my stomach😫 Bloated up with gas and feel like I'm sitting on an uncomfortable brick. Finally bit the bullet and bought a month's gym membership to see if I can get my spark back. First session is on Thursday. Hope I can feel better by then. Got a bit of a cold and sore throat at the minute and my head feels like cheese. I used to love going to the gym and I know from last year when we did the months weight loss challenge that the gym doubles the results so hopefully this time it will stick. I'm mortified standing on the scales and seeing 77 kilos. Although that is 200g lost in 2 days. 100g a day would be amazing if I could keep it up.
77 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
