Finally, after two weeks, the scale moved. Not a lot, but it did move. It's so frustrating to be so careful about keeping to your plan and then have that stubborn scale refuse to budge. But so rewarding to have it dip.

I'm back on W.W. diet from the 1967 book I once lost 70 pounds on it about forty years ago, and still have the book so I'm back on it and have lost three pounds the first week! Hang in there you are doing great.

I don't know how this site works yet, so if I jump in where I shouldn't, please let me know. I think my husband and I will have to continue trying to stay on a sensible portion-type diet for type 2 diabetics...since we both are. I'm hoping this will force accountability, thereby causing weight loss.
