Good Morning FS friends it's very cold this morning here trying to control eating when stuck inside is almost impossible with that being said I eat and snacked all day yesterday on vegetables cheese turkey breast and almonds to the tune of about 1500 calories I am amazed that I have been able to do so much better about what I'm eating and seems like the more I exercise the more I want to I'm sure that's how it works but it never did for until now anyway Thanks for the support stay safe out yonder and Happy Holidays
