Gee, another week gone by and I'm at a solid 204 - just like LAST week. Been religiously training 6 days a week. 3 days of weight training, 3 days of cardio. So, maybe I've replaced some 'adipose tissue' with rippling, sinewy, bulging muscle. Or not. Pants don't feel any looser. Well, maybe a tinge. Not enough to comfortably cinch in another notch on the belt. So we just keep plugging along because I know what I'm doing is the way to go.
