The scale hasn't moved but I had a bad weekend of eating and no exercise. my goal is 0.5kgs a week over a period of 5months. So I'm happy with this. I'll take it!
68.8 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
