Good morning to all I hope you all have a great day. Have you ever stepped on the scale to see a 5lbs gain overnight I did yesterday oh my God what happened But this morning I have lost that 5 plus 1.5 more I'm a looser LOL
142.7 kg Lost so far: 27.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, I have. That's why I only weigh once a week. Seeing the fluctuations make me nuts...or running for a bag of nuts with dried fruit 😋
