昨天吃了一天碳水(吃飽沒吃撐) 早:煎餃x2,花壽司x5,巧克力蛋糕x1片 中:雙層牛肉吉士堡(半個)薯條幾根,冰淇淋幾口,全麥麵包1片,芝麻湯圓x6 晚餐:一個芋泥乳酪麵包(很大一片,比我臉都大),還吃了火鍋的一些菜跟肉 原本想說會重很多,也沒有 今天開始一天高蛋白飲食
