Morning happened way too early today.
135.9 so that’s nice.

So after I get back to 132, I want to focus on my thighs, because they are really the most flabby part, and the love handle/ lower abdomen/I had a baby area.
I will still continue to try to get to 125, but I’m more interested in toning before that.
61.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Nice drop👍. That's the most stubborn part. Probably yhe last one to go. Still have mine but slowly reducing.
