Today, I am feeling really good and I weighed in. I am trying not to obsess about the scales, but more on how I feel. I weigh only once a week, because any more than that, I begin to lose control with not eating right or skipping meals to match the scales. Still a long ways to go, but I didn't get like this overnight, and I can't fix that way either. Looking forward to my goal weight.....yay!
