Cats woke me up at 4:30, their normal feeding time. I went to lay back down but then my stomach was starting to feel empty so I had to go make coffee. I put 1/8c creamer in which kind of just feels pointless. I used to drink my coffee black, so it could very well just be time to transition back, but one of the things creamer does is cool my coffee down so I can drink it right away.
I realize I’m down by almost 4.5# in just a week, but I still look at 137 and cringe. I know it’s only 5 pounds away from where I should be, but again, I hate it. I should have nipped this in the bud at 135. How I let it get into the 140s is beyond me. And I know it took me x about of time to gain it so it will take just as long to lose it. So, not getting about 135 again.
