Once a week is the usually recommendation. I try to weigh the same day of the week about the same time of day. You have done a great job with reaching your goal and one camping trip will not take away the success you have had. Beside you will probably be really active!

Thanks Buenita! I’m really going to enjoy seeing my brother and his family! ❤️ The camping will be fun too but the main reason is to connect with family as they will be flying in for some Orlando fun. 💃

Just bananas, you are right. I am in control of what food I take … not always the right choices. But, I like to think I’m better about it than I use to be. This trip is different as we will be meeting my brother and his family for meals. Eating out is tough for me even though I think I look for dishes that are healthy and try to only eat part of it and bring the rest home. But, I should be walking more!
