It never ceases to amaze me that weight loss works when you stick to eating right and exercising! I'm down my first 10 lbs (well 12 actually) and I'm very excited. I'm celebrating the small victories because 10 lbs at a time is doable and more manageable. Here is to the next 10 lbs! Hope everyone has a good day :)
