2 minggu ga nimbang naik 1kg..sebulan ga ngukur lingkar badan,ternyata lingkar perut & pinggang mengecil 5cm..
61.5 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
