My weight fluctuates all week (normal). Typically 58.6 on a Monday and 57.9 by Friday. On a weekend we usually get pizza or Steers once and I'll have a few glasses of wine when we're with friends.
My weight has been stable for a full year. I'm really proud of the habits I formed and I try my best to get to the gym 2 or 3 times a week.
