And the downward trend is back! Well, for today at least, but today (now) is all I'm focusing on. I've restarted mindful eating, and had some curious results. Savouring the flavours is great-loving that this produces the feel-good experience that I've often chased when eating. But the really curious part is noticing when i feel full. I felt full, kept eating, then felt sick. I've spent years over eating but managed to block out the sick feeling, but not anymore! My goal for this week is to stop eating when I'm full, even if there's still good in front of me. This is a hard one but I'm going to try! 💚

You'll get there, I was the same, and sometimes still am. Once I ate so much chocolate I ended up vomiting so much I hyperventilated for hours and had to go to hospital! I'll never forget the pain, yet I've had plenty of sickening binges since then, including not stopping the hedgehog slice soon enough on the weekend 🤢 Getting better though, more protein and fibre is helping. Must remember consequences 😅
