I think I have finally escaped my yo yo. Yesterday, I walked over 3.5 miles and plan to do that again, while the weather is clear (cold, but clear). The rain is supposed to return on Tuesday. I also, stayed out of the kitchen after 6:00, with exception of a quarter of an apple at about 8::30. I am feeling good about my weigh-in on Monday with D. I know it's not a competition, but it kind of is. I know, physiology wise, men simply lose more weight than women, faster, bur as if right now, I am still ahead of him In terms of pounds lost. But. it's not a competition, right?
110.2 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
