makan di 1800 malah turun, padahal niatnya mau maintenance. 😩 saatnya naikin asupaaann (bahagia) :D

@mariacahya123; ±160cm kaakk, bisa kurang bisa lebih soalnya aku udah lama gak ukur tinggi hehe. setuju sama kak @nia-nai, kalau mau ngeset ulang BMR naikin massa otot sama tambahin NEAT kak
