Hurrah, 10lbs lost so far after diet re-start, cannot resist daily weigh-in but sure that will lose its appeal when rate of loss slows down. Hope everyone else is getting on well :)
79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done Tessa. I weigh myself daily too but I only record it once a week. And it is more fun when you lose 2 lbs a week!
