I’ve now solidly broken back into the 200s. I’m more than a third of the way to my goal. Energy and cardiovascular ability are markedly improved.
134.2 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
