Deb,I've let myself we soothed into a lull by books!!! They are being returned in the morning! NO MORE BOOKS ON WEIGHT LOSS FOR ME :) PROMISE & nothing crossed counts,I *mean* it! :)

On the day that I reached my goal weight, I bought three Kindle books about losing weight. What was I thinking? Reaching my goal weight had not sunk into my brain yet. I told myself not to buy any more books about losing weight, even if they are free. lol

LOL I know, I just recently posted that I will not read anymore books on weight loss & found myself going to the library to get another I heard about in one of my groups!! Gotta fix the brain :)
