I didn't want to weigh in and admit to myself and others that my weight has been fluctuating between 208 and 211 for the last 2-3 weeks, but how am I going to conquer it if I don't admit it. Ok, so today I weighed 209.5 and that's back up, and I need to stop letting my stress defeat me, and get back down. I have a goal for myself, and to impress my boyfriend when he returns from deployment, but I have to remind myself that impressing me and becoming a healthy me is even more important... so back on track today... and reminding myself that this is a lifelong battle, and I can't let the hiccups get me down. :)
