16lbs to go. controlling carbs is a challenge but 2.2lbs a week is a great start i guess i love how everyone encourages and supports one another here, i guess we all have same goals, lose weight but also be healthy i can’t weight to see where my journey takes and the results i get!!! good luck everyone
