Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
Well, that’s not a wobble, that was cheese and crackers (that I thoroughly enjoyed!). Weight gain that quick, ugh! Five triscuits and five pieces of cheese and wine. I had my usual breakfast of Greek yogurt, wild blueberries, and 2 T of grapenuts, cottage cheese with wild blueberries for lunch, dinner was grilled chicken and broccoli. So, after dinner cheese and crackers and wine. I’ve had wine before and it doesn’t make me go up that quick but cheese and crackers do. One of my major triggers. I didn’t feel I ate that much. I know if will come off quick but it’s frustrating. Oh well, no cheese and crackers today!
