Well, its been a stressful few months. Broke my foot, stopped eating right & exercising, and ultimately came undone. Time to pick up the pieces and get accountable again.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
