Yesterday: 2nd "lunch" at The Tavern with Katie and her mom: turtle soup, beer, 1/2 slice of cake
62.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
