I ate very heavy over the weekend and normally I would see the drop occur starting now, but ...? I also started in on the pushups and situps last week after about 5-6 weeks without that sort of muscle building exercise. I guess we will have to see where I end up by weeks end after behaving myself for a few days. Today was a bit discouraging after fewer than 1100 calories yesterday.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
