Last night when I weighed in, the scales showed 70.1 kg. This morning it showed 69.1 kg! :@ However, last night I had weighed in just after having dinner. Moreover I was wearing jeans. This morning I weighed in on an empty stomach after working out for 1 hour. Guys is this possible? I mean can there be a difference of 1.5 kg in just one night or is my weighing machine faulty? Am so confused!
69.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

in my experience, jeans + dinner = 1 Kg but it might also be a little dehydration after the workout.

Yes! Always weigh at the same time of day, same clothes, same scale (in the same exact place) same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. The scale will go up and down all day long. Google "Why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. I like first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. Always weigh on one scale (because you can get different readings with different scales because of flooring (must be on hard level surface) and calibration.
