Lots of fluctuations as I recover from several days of bad habits while I was down in Florida helping friends and family clean up and get their feet under them. Highest I've been in about a decade but not too far outside my usual 10-pound flex zone that I seem to always be hanging out in. I made a ton of food yesterday to get me through the week: chicken tomatillo tortilla soup, corn risotto, these beautiful yellow beans I found at the farmers market, etc. Really looking forward to a quiet week at home.
