Hi! I know its super hard not too fixate on the scale, but if you're feeling better and looking better you're doing amazing!! After all thats the feeling that's going to keep you motivated to keep going. The one thing that has helped me track weight loss/muscle gain is just measuring my waist, legs etc. If you're training and eating in a deficit you're probably going through body recomposition, which the scale wont measure. YOU GOT THIS !!!
