This is really not good. Seriously. I was already heading to a wrong direction, and after 4-days trip, I ended up in a really bad place! I cannot believe I let go myself and gained above 120......
Oh, well. After all, I knew I was doing wrong. I was not doing workout. I was eating more sugary food and carbs. It should not be a surprise.
This is my new start! I do workout at least five days a week. Also, I need to do detox, baking goods to be precise, for the next two weeks. I used to be able to control sweets intake better, but I lack discipline of it now. I have about two weeks left for this term at my college as well, so I will put all baking goods aside till this term's end.
