Back is feeling great after acupuncture, yoga, and lots of meditation. I was able to get in some yoga and swimming this morning and finished out in the jacuzzi and sauna. This is the quickest recovery from a back injury that I've had in 10 years. What would have laid me up for a week six months ago only slowed me down for three days now that I'm down almost 30lbs and in the best core shape I've been since high school.

103.6 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
