Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
Oh boy … up again. On a slippery slope for sure. So my scale, smarter than I am, stated that my weight has increased without impacting my fat mass. So, my fat mass should be between 12% and 35%…mine is 38.5%. So I need to decrease my fat percentage but it’s great news that it’s not increasing with my weight gain. I guess that’s a positive. I have been so hungry the last few days. And, yes it shows. I need to take the time to record my food and maybe I would stop grazing. The weather has been gorgeous since Ian left. I should be walking. Lots of I should. I should also get my head back into the program. Self sabotage, not sure as I was thrilled being n the blue line although not quite at my goal. So, I ponder…
