Updated my goal weight, again! The closer I get to my goal and I find I have to keep lowering the number. Maybe those BMI charts aren't too far off after all. Who knew? :) If I remember correctly I think I've changed my goals from 220, 210, 205, 200, 195, and now 190. I never thought I'd get this far and now tthe ultimate goal is to see if I can get some ab definition. That would be awesome! Here's hoping by Christmas! Have a great weekend all!
