I will consider today actual weight loss. I think it is a little more than it would be (don't think I drank enough water yesterday)but at this point I will take any step in the right direction.
It is hard to say weather the gain was solely because I decreased calories, since that is exactly how it timed out, or if there were other factors. I weight myself everyday so I can see normal fluctuations and not be worried about them, and potentially figure out what to change to make them less frequent. hopefully bringing calories back up with get things moving again.
