262.4. Feeling good about it. I know I can make it to 260 in the 24 days before D arrives, and probably 255, which was my original goal for seeing him. But now I want 250, which means an average of 4lbs a week. I know now, actually writing it down, how unrealistic it is. I should take my 255, or even the 260 and be happy about it. I should be happy about the 262, and leave it at that.

If your feeling good about it be happy for yourself it's all a work in progress to a healthier mindset at least that's what I tell myself when I get on a scale and see that I hit a plateau better than gaining and I know my body's changing and it takes time😉 chin-up and congratulations on the positive progress to being a better YOU!!!

Keep doing what you are doing and the scale will reward your efforts. Changing your goal now just adds stress you don't need. You are nailing it, trust the process!
