Thank you so much I’ve had some struggles I walked up in the woods,steep hillsides with my husband twice and the took beagles out to run another time walked about 2 miles i swelled up like a beluga whale like up to 193 it was scary since my brother passed with congestive heart failure at 58 I had a scheduled colonoscopy coming up the prep brought me back down 🙌🏻 No polyps this time🙌🏻 Just diverticulitis I’ll adjust diet for more fiber also , went to Dr she did an ekg heart was good my BP has been running extremely high so got to adjust to a new med😞Gods Grace is sufficient! I’ll keep on moving forward just won’t try to start out like I did Dr said I needed to build up to that much activity 😂 I’ve got to remember I’m 65 not 40 anymore 😂 Have a blessed Day!
