Biking a lot . 250 Protein shake for breakfast and lunch. Eating mid afternoon sensible meal filled with good carbs before my bike rides and protein recovery drink after workout. Looking forward to lose a couple more pounds in the next 8 days. Trying to keep it under 1200 calories a day.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
