New doctor has removed the diuretic component of my meds and that has immediately slowed my weight loss by half. Happy I am still on a downward trajectory even while my kidneys adjust to balancing the fluids throughout my body unaided (so I've got puffy ankles for a while). Even after the weight loss, I remain well in the obese range and am still asking a lot of my organs so am grateful they are playing along 😁 Just have to say again, our bodies are truly, truly amazing 💪
